Prior to reading the Cancellation Policy, we recommend you to read the User Agreement and Terms and Conditions. All the clauses for cancellation and refund are explained Terms and Conditions of our provided services. Please, look into the clauses and read them carefully before canceling the booking.
All the clauses under which, cancellations and refunds are processed are explained in both the User Agreement and Terms and Conditions. If your reasons for cancellations and refund do not match the clauses, then you are not eligible for a cancellation and/or refund. Hence, read out the clauses carefully before canceling and/or asking for a refund.

The cancellation charges shown below are applicable only for the packages from Tripportal. These charges are not applicable for the tours organized by our Associate Partners.

If the Outbound Tour is canceled for any reason whatsoever, including cases of visa rejection or voluntary cancellation by the User the cancellation charges as mentioned in the flyer or the itinerary will apply. In the absence of any such information, the following cancellation charges will apply:
